We offer Free Delivery within Dhaka on orders above BDT 2,500. For orders under BDT 2,500 or deliveries outside Dhaka, standard courier and delivery charges apply at checkout.

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for customer convenience and peace of mind.

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, simply notify us on WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and our team will issue a replacement or solution promptly.
